An evil alien criminal, Wootox, switches bodies with Sky. Sky must find a way to warn the others before Wootox destroys the city, while trapped in the body of a wanted criminal that cannot speak English.

* The episode opens on Delta Command, where Sky is focused intently on a computer console in front of him, typing. R.I.C. drops a bright orange ball at his feet, barking.

Sky: (irritably) I said NO, R.I.C.

• Jack then walks casually in behind Sky, unnoticed. He gazes around, rubs his face, then peers at his fingernails.

Jack: YO SKY WHAT UP?

• Sky jumps, and the computer screen in front of him buzzes and shuts off.

Sky: Perfect. Now I've gotta start over.

• Jack picks up the ball and throws it, and R.I.C. happily chases it, barking.

Jack: What're you doing here, anyway? I thought you were off-duty hours ago.

Sky: I was. I do this to relax.

Jack: Oookay… (pats his leg) C'mon, R.I.C.

• However, R.I.C. ignores Jack and drops the ball back at Sky's feet.

Jack: Okay, okay. How come I throw R.I.C. the ball, and he brings it back to you?

Sky: Because that dog is determined to make me play with him.

Jack: And? (he throws the ball again)

Sky: (rolling eyes) You know it's against regulations to throw a ball in here.

Jack: All work and no play makes Sky a dull boy!

Sky: (to R.I.C.) Can you go? And take Jack with you?

• R.I.C.'s ears lower and he starts walking away, making Jack smirk, when the alarm suddenly goes off. Bridge, Z and Syd dash in and stand in a line with Jack and Sky.

Jack: Ready!

Others: Ready!

All: S.P.D., Emergency! (all morph)

Computer: Opening Zord bay tubes.

Jack: Let's do it!

• All five jump down their respective tubes with excited whoops. Sky is seen landing in his cockpit, and grabbing his joystick.

Sky: Okay, let's move out!

• Stock footage of all 5 Runners driving/flying out of the base is shown. Back at Delta Command, Kat and Doggie are watching a holographic image of an alien rotating on the center console.

Cruger: It's Wootox!

Kat: Wootox? He's a dangerous one, wanted throughout the galaxy.

Cruger: And now a thousand times more dangerous, with a giant robot.

Jack: (on a viewscreen) Don't worry, Commander, we're all over it.

• Sometime during this sequence, the Rangers have formed the Megazord, because when the scene cuts back to them it is fighting a giant robot, slashing and jabbing at it with the Judgment Sword. The robot is knocked backward. The camera zooms into the cockpit, where Wootox is sitting.

Wootox: You will pay for that!

• His robot fires lasers at the Megazord.

Wootox: There are other cities to destroy. I'm outta here!

• His robot leaps up into the air and begins to fly off.

Z: He's a fast one.

Syd: Sure is.

Bridge: So what do we do now?

Jack: (flustered) We should've got him!

Sky: Maybe we still can. Commander?

• Cut back to Delta Command, where Doggie is striking a morphing pose.

Cruger: S.P.D., Emergency! Shadow Ranger!

• He's suddenly seated at his console, and presses the button on it to activate the transformation.

Cruger: Delta Command Megazord, activate!

• Back in the city, Wootox's robot is still happily zooming away.

Wootox: Ha! Another perfect escape!

• However, he suddenly finds his progress halted by the huge form of the Delta Command Megazord.

Jack: Freeze! S.P.D.!

• There is a shot of the robot flying straight at the Megazord's chest plate.

Wootox: No!

Cruger: Fire finger lasers!

• The Megazord does so, and Wootox's robot falls back. Wootox himself is yelling and groaning inside, as the cockpit sparks and pops around him. It then explodes, and the monster falls to the ground, landing on his feet, looking up and shaking his fist at the base.

Wootox: Their robot blew mine away! (he takes out a coin) Should I take it? Let's see! (he catches the coin, which is apparently favorable) Ha ha! It looks like it's my lucky day! (he then looks up to spot the Rangers running toward him)

Sky: Stop right there!

Wootox: You really think you can defeat Wootox, the Destroyer?

Jack: Without a doubt. You're coming with us!

Wootox: Says who?

Jack: ONE! S.P.D. Red!

Sky: TWO! S.P.D. Blue!

Bridge: THREE! S.P.D. Green!

Z: FOUR! S.P.D. Yellow!

Syd: FIVE! S.P.D. Pink!

Jack: Yeah! (all pose)

Rangers: Ready! Space Patrol Delta, Defenders of Earth!

Wootox: Big deal.

Sky: (steps forward, holding out his morpher) Yes it is. And you're under arrest. Put your hands up! (the Rangers all take fighting stances)

Wootox: Foolish, foolish humans!

• He suddenly blasts them with lasers coming from his body, and the girls are thrown back. However, the boys roll forward and attack. Jack delivers a flying kick, but it does not connect. Instead, all five Rangers dash forward and begin to fight Wootox with their fists and feet. The girls get knocked back to the ground.

Sky: You okay?

• Jack then manages to grab Wootox around the arm and hold him.

Sky: Hang on, Jack! I've got him!

• Sky runs forward, wielding his baton, and smacks Wootox around with it. Jack lets go and draws his Delta Blasters, threatening the perp with them. Bridge, Z and Syd also cover him with their Deltamax Strikers.

Wootox: But… but…

Sky: (taking out his cuffs from his belt) I've got this one.

• He walks up to Wootox and snaps the cuffs on his wrists.

Wootox: No! I can't believe this!

Sky: On your feet. We're taking you in! Let's go, guys.

• He begins to drag Wootox off, and Syd steps forward to help. The scene then cuts back to the Delta Base, where Jack and Sky are shoving a roaring and struggling Wootox into the elevator.

Sky: Come on…

Jack: Commander Cruger wants this guy for questioning? What could he possibly know that's worth anything?

Sky: Guess we won't know until we question him, will we? (gives Jack a “bitch, please” look) Why don't you file your report, I'll take him to his cell.

Jack: You sure you can… (Sky gives him another Look) Oookay.

Sky: (grabbing Wootox) Let's go.

Jack: Catch you later.

• Sky shoves a still-struggling Wootox out of the elevator, past a guard, who jumps when Wootox roars at him.

Sky: Watch it, Danny! He's a bad one.

• A CGI S.P.D. badge transitions us to another hallway, where a holding cell is.

Wootox: So it's S.P.D. headquarters itself that becomes the Megazord? Interesting.

Sky: That is none of your business.

• He lets go of Wootox and begins punching in a code to open the cell door. Wootox watches over his shoulder with interest, and when the door opens, he suddenly begins to gasp for breath, falling to his knees.

Sky: I'm not falling for that trick. Get up!

Wootox: Earth's air! I can't catch my breath!

• Sky reaches over and pulls him up, and Wootox suddenly grabs him.

Wootox: I've got you now!

• He and Sky struggle briefly before Wootox touches the yellow spot on his head to Sky's forehead. Groaning and struggling, their bodies both glow- and Sky's blue energy flows into Wootox's body, while Wootox's red energy flows into Sky's body. The two break apart, dazed. Sky's voice is then heard, frantic, as Wootox looks around and raises his arms.

Sky: What? What's going on? WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?!

Wootox: I switched our bodies.

• Note that Sky's physical appearance has changed slightly to indicate that he's not himself- his hair is mussed, his eyes are wide, and in general his movements will be more exaggerated until they switch back. Wootox!Sky's voice is also a little deeper, growly and rougher than the real one's.

Sky: What?

Wootox: You didn't know I was so talented… (he cracks his neck a few times, then rubs his throat, and Sky's usual voice comes out of his mouth) Did you?

Sky: That's me…

Wootox: To the world, YOU are now Wootox, destroyer of planets… (he takes out his morpher)

Sky: No! Don't!

Wootox: (morphs) And I'm the Blue Ranger!

Sky: YOU…

• He lunges at his real body and tries to fight, but is obviously impeded by the handcuffs. Wootox punches him in the middle, knocking his breath out, then kicks him several times. He then kicks Sky in the knee, sending his legs buckling, and places a hand on his shoulder to stop him from rising.

Sky: You won't get away with this!

Wootox: I already did. And you won't be able to tell anybody without this translator!

Sky: YOU CAN'T DO THAT!

• However, Wootox rips a gold collar from around his old body's neck, and Sky's ability to speak is reduced to either growling or roaring or speaking in some unknown language. Wootox scornfully throws the collar to the ground and stomps on it as hard as he can, ruining it. Enraged, Sky charges at Wootox again, but is held back.

Wootox: Nice try!

• He then shoves Sky forward and kicks him through the door of the holding cell. Sky rolls to a stop underneath the bench at the back of the cell. Wootox dusts his hands.

Wootox: Let's see how you like being a prisoner!

• He presses a few buttons to close the cell door. Sky looks up at him and yells in an indiscernable alien language. Wootox casually grabs a bar of the door and peers in.

Wootox: Enjoy your stay. Hahaha.

• He walks away, and Sky continues to yell at him in the alien language. Wootox is then seen walking along the hallway.

Wootox: Power down!

• He changes back into evil!Sky, smirking. He approaches the elevator, passing by Danny, the guard whom he scared before. He pulls out his coin and flips it.

Wootox: (thinking) Heads I attack the guard, tails, I don't. (he turns back to Danny and speaks aloud) Well well. It's your lucky day.

• He makes a crazy face at Danny, who looks surprised, and walks off. Then, he pauses, and the camera zooms in close to his face.

Wootox: Now… let's find the Delta Base cockpit.

• There's a shot of a closed door, and someone can be heard singing behind it.

Wootox: Maybe it's in here.

• The door opens to reveal that it's Z and Syd's room, and Syd is the one singing, dancing in front of her mirror and brushing her hair.

Syd: (singing) Do you think I'm beautiful… I think I'm… (she then notices that Wootox has walked in and turns around, indignant) Do you mind? Get out of my room! NOW!

• Wootox merely crosses his arms, smirks at her, then exits without a word. Syd watches him in disbelief as the door shuts behind him. The scene cuts back to the holding cell, where Sky, in Wootox's body, sits still cuffed. We the viewers hear all of his thoughts and his dialogue in normal English, and his attempts to speak are punctuated with growls.

Sky: (thinking) Somehow, I've gotta warn the others.

• He jumps up and runs to the cell door, pounding on the bars, apparently seeing someone approach.

Sky: Danny! It's me, Sky!

• Danny the guard, holding a weapon of some sort, stops in front of the door. All he hears are indiscernable growls.

Danny: Listen, you. Settle down!

• Sky yells again and pounds on the bars, so Danny zaps them with his weapon, sending Sky flying back to the floor. Danny nods and walks off, and Sky begins to haul himself up, standing helplessly at the cell door.

Sky: They can't… understand… A WORD… I'M SAYING!

• He roars helplessly, and the roar is heard over an outside shot of Britomart… I mean the Delta Base… before we cut to commercial.

• The scene opens on the crowded rec room. Z and Syd are sitting very close together on two of the couches, talking. Wootox approaches them from the doorway.

Z: You're kidding!

`Syd: There he is! He just barged into our room.

Z: (looking at “Sky” and crossing her arms) Pretty serious charges, Mr. S.P.D. Handbook Monitor. Rule 4708-b. “Cadets will not enter another cadet's living quarters without invitation”.

Wootox: Honest mistake.

Syd: (glaring) BIG mistake. Don't make it again.

• Wootox merely gives them both the evil eye before turning and walking off without another word. Cut back to the holding cell, where Sky is pacing around, pounding on the walls and door, etc., all the while babbling in the alien language. He then sits down, dejected.

Sky: (thinking) I've gotta find a way out of here. They're all in danger and I've gotta warn them! But how? … I've got it! (he jumps up and pushes one of his claws through the cell bars, reaching for the keypad) If I could just reach… (he strains) Urrrgh… come on… (he manages to press a button) YES.

• A CGI S.P.D. badge transitions the scene to Delta Command, where the Rangers are standing at attention in front of Cruger… all except Wootox, who looks like he's stoned, with his back to the others, looking around Command curiously.

Cruger: Wootox is responsible for the destruction of more than 50 planets. We cannot trust any information we get from him. Sky?

Wootox: (turns around) Sorry.

Cruger: Permission to judge and confine has been granted.

Wootox: I say do it now. He doesn't deserve to hang around. The sooner we put him away, the better.

Bridge: Sky, you just put him in a holding cell. He's not going anywhere.

Cruger: Hmm. I think I agree with Sky. Wootox is a very dangerous individual. (the alarm then goes off)

Kat: (over intercom) All personnel! Prisoner escape in cell block R3!

Cruger: Wootox! You know what to do!

• Cut to a hallway within the Delta Base, where the Rangers are dashing off… somewhere.

Wootox: I'll take the north corridor and try to cut him off if he heads that way.

Jack: (as he and the others go the opposite way) Be careful, Sky. This guy's dangerous!

Wootox: Tell me about it.

• He gives a purely evil snicker as he watches the others run off, a very Joker-esque smile on his face.

Wootox: Let's find the Delta Base cockpit and shake this place up.

• He walks off. A CGI S.P.D. badge takes us back to the other Rangers, who all pause and group in a hallway, presumably the same one where they split off from Wootox!Sky moments ago.

Bridge: I don't think he went this way, guys.

Z: D'you think Sky found him?

• The camera then shows a shot looking up the middle of the group. Sky is watching his friends through a grate in the ceiling. It cuts back and forth between their point-of-view and his several times throughout the scene.

Syd: I hope it's not the other way around. (takes out morpher) Sky? Hey, Sky. … Do you copy?

Z: OK. We've got problems. No Wootox, and no Sky.

Jack: No kidding. Let's move out. (they run off)

Sky: (watching, thinking) I've gotta find a way to get through to them before it's too late.

• Cut to a set of escalators somewhere within Brito- I mean, S.P.D., where Wootox is wandering around, gazing side to side.

Wootox: The Delta Base cockpit has got to be around here somewhere…

• He then gasps in surprise as Sky attacks him, and the two grapple. Sky struggles to touch the spot on his forehead to his old body so they can switch back. Once more, Sky's dialogue is heard by the audience in English, and Wootox can presumably understand his native language.

Sky: Don't worry, you're never gonna get there!

Wootox: My my, an escaped prisoner. You get inside that body, you just wanna do bad things!

• Sky then tosses his old body against the wall, and Wootox slides down. Sky then pulls him up, and Wootox struggles to hold him off.

Sky: Game's over. Time to switch back. I miss my old body!

Jack: FREEZE!

• Sky turns around and Wootox shoves him away as the other Rangers run up, blasters drawn and at the ready.

Jack: Put him down… nice and easy.

Sky: Oh, no…

Bridge: Put our friend down and step back!

• Sky growls, then for some reason tosses his old body at the others, instead of forcing him to change back while he has the chance.

Jack: You OK, Sky?

Wootox: Yeah, thanks. We're gonna take this guy out.

Sky: Guys! Wait! It's me! … I've gotta make them understand!

• For an inexplicable reason, Sky charges at the others, knocking Jack and Bridge aside, then grabbing ahold of Syd. As they struggle, Z is knocked against the wall.

Sky: It's me, Syd! It's Sky! Please!

• She ignores him and kicks him backward. Wootox stands up with a triumphant grin.

Wootox: Take him out, now!

• Z runs at Wootox and attacks. He hardly tries to defend himself… until Z tries to restrain him by pushing one arm behind his back, and he throws her off, knocking all the others over again.

Sky: No… this isn't working…

• Duh. The others pick themselves up, watching him go.

Z: Sky's right. Let's get him.

Wootox: I'll go this way. (he runs off)

Syd: What?

Jack: Why's he always going the other way…?

• However, instead of finding out, they dash off after Sky. Cut to outside the Delta Base, where Sky, hidden, watches the others look around for him.

Jack: Which way did he go?

Bridge: Who knows?

Jack: Okay. Z, you and Bridge take those corridors. Syd, you take that one.

Bridge: Right on.

• The four go off in opposite directions. Sky slumps back against the wall, sighing and shaking his head. Cut back to inside the base, specifically the lab, where Kat walks in, followed by R.I.C. She sits down at her computer console and begins typing, while R.I.C. sits down in front of her. He then suddenly stands up and begins to bark.

Kat: R.I.C., what is it?

• The door then opens and Wootox walks in, ignoring R.I.C. (who is still barking at him) and Kat, and begins to look around.

Kat: … You need something, Sky?

Wootox: Tell me where the cockpit for the Megazord is.

• Kat looks at him, puzzled, but R.I.C. obviously knows something is up, as he suddenly leaps at Wootox, barking. Wootox carelessly draws his blaster and shoots him, and he falls back with a whimper. Kat leaps up with a cry of distress and looks at “Sky”.

Kat: Sky! What's wrong with you?!

• However, Wootox says nothing more and slowly steps forward, letting loose a growl. Kat looks scared as we fade to commercial.

• We open back on the lab, where Wootox is still advancing on a scared Kat. He carelessly brushes her clipboard off her desk. Kat gives a gasp and gropes for a red button on her desk, pressing it. Back at Delta Command, a light and a special alarm beeps on Doggie's console. Doggie himself looks up with a surprised growl. Wootox grabs Kat by the arm, leering at her.

Wootox: Now… where is that cockpit?

• He shoves Kat forward into a countertop, and she yells with pain, then spins around and kicks at Wootox, who dodges or blocks her blows. He grabs her arm and shoves her again; she tries punching him, and he seizes her by the arm yet again then trips her up. Kat lays next to the disabled R.I.C., moaning, before Doggie walks in. He gasps as he takes in the scene.

Cruger: Kat…

• He helps her up, and she glares at Wootox, who is unafraid. Doggie snarls at him.

Wootox: Look who's here.

Cruger: Who are you? You're not Sky.

Wootox: (smirks) No fooling you. That's why you must be the Commander.

• He takes out his morpher and… well… morphs. Doggie snarls again.

Wootox: Your Ranger and I have switched bodies. (taps his helmet)

Cruger: WOOTOX! (he also takes out his morpher) S.P.D., Emergency! Shadow Ranger! (he clenches his fist) Nobody messes with my Rangers.

Wootox: (drawing his baton) Really?

Cruger: (wields Shadow Saber) Shadow Saber, power up!

• He charges at Wootox, and the two begin to fight while Kat cowers next to her desk alongside R.I.C.

Wootox: You're mine! First I will defeat you… then I will use your base robot to destroy this planet!

• He and Doggie clash some more, until the two lock swords and Doggie backs him against the countertop.

Cruger: That's NEVER going to happen!

• The two grapple some more and lock swords a second time, before Doggie pulls one of Wootox's hands away from his baton, and runs him out of the lab and away from Kat. The two continue their fight in the hallway, Doggie quickly gaining the upper hand. He knocks Wootox over and slashes downward, but is blocked by the baton.

Wootox: Think before you go any further, Commander. Destroy me, and your Cadet will be stuck in my body forever!

Cruger: You MONSTER!

• Wootox kicks Doggie, which sends him rolling away. The two fight some more before Wootox sends Doggie slamming against a railing, does a roundhouse kick, and sends him over the edge. Doggie yells as he falls. Cut to outside the base, where Sky is staring at his reflection in a river or pond of some sort.

Sky: (thinking) What can I do? I'm a wanted criminal to be deleted on sight. Meanwhile, Wootox is wandering around in my body… (he pounds the ground in frustration) free as a bird! But why? What is he trying to do?

• Flashback to earlier in the episode, when Sky is leading Wootox to his cell and Wootox observes that S.PD. Headquarters becomes the Megazord. Cut back to the present.

Sky: (thinking) That's it! He plans to take over the Delta Base Megazord! (he stands) I've gotta stop them!

• He runs off. Cut back to the Delta Base, where Wootox has somehow found his way inside the Delta Command Megazord's cockpit.

Wootox: Yes! I knew I'd find the Delta Base controls. Pyahahaha!

• Back on the ground, the other Rangers are meeting up again.

Bridge: He's gotta be inside. Well, he's gotta be. They would've reported him leaving the building if he left, which he must not have done, because he didn't.

• A roar then sounds behind them. The others turn around to see Wootox!Sky dashing toward them.

Bridge: … Maybe he did.

Jack: Ready!

Others: Ready!

All: S.P.D, Emergency! (they all morph and pose with their weapons drawn) FIRE!

• They fire lasers at Sky, who keeps running forward, heedless.

Sky: (thinking) I've gotta make it inside…

• The Rangers all yell with surprise as Sky takes a flying leap over their heads and watch, dumbfounded, as he runs into the base.

Z: How did he…?

Bridge: Let's go!

Syd: Yeah…

Bridge: Huh?

• They all pause an outside door shuts, blocking their way in.

Bridge: The door!

Jack: Oh, no! The base is transforming!

Computer: Requesting transformation.

• The base is seen going into Crawler mode outside, before the camera cuts to the inside, showing unfortunate Cadets getting tossed around and screaming. Outside, the Rangers back up.

Bridge: What's happening?

Z: Oh, no!

Jack: It's turning into the Megazord!

Bridge: Wootox must have taken over the controls!

Syd: This is bad! We can't stop it!

• The Crawler's laser weapons raise. More shots of inside show the poor cadets still getting jerked around. The Rangers watch helplessly as the Megazord's arms form.

Syd: No way!

Jack: Whoa!

Z: This is weird!

Bridge: Uh-oh.

• Cadets continue to get thrown into things when the Base's head splits. The doors close and walls re-arrange themselves. Wootox is seen inside the cockpit of the Base, manipulating the controls.

Computer: Controls online.

Wootox: Ha-ha! I love it. I've got the Megazord set to destroy the planet. (rubs his hands together) It doesn't get much better than this.

• A shot of Sky running along the corridor is seen, before outside, the Megazord is standing up. Several interior shots of… empty portions of the base are shown while it does so. The top of the base tilts back to reveal the head.

Computer: Transformation complete.

Wootox: Now let's have some real fun! Kyahahaha!

• The Delta Base poses, raises its arms, then lowers them. Below, Jack, Bridge, Syd and Z are still watching helplessly.

Syd: Oh, no! The transformation's complete!

Jack: This is bad. He's fully armed and dangerous!

Z: The entire city will be destroyed!

• The Base poses again before the yellow plates on its chest begin to charge up.

Bridge: (holds his head) There's gotta be SOMETHING we can do to stop it!

Syd: Look!

• The Yellow Laser of Doom continues to charge before we cut to inside the cockpit, where Wootox is still clearly enjoying himself.

Wootox: I'll start with Newtech City… then the entire planet!

• He raises his arm to slam it down on a button, but just then, Sky bursts in and tackles him.

Sky: End of the line, Wootox!

• He grabs Wootox, fights with him briefly, then drags him out of the cockpit. Outside, the Yellow Laser of Doom stops charging.

Syd: (with her hand over her heart) Thank goodness.

Bridge: Whoa. Yeah.

• Wootox manages to break free of Sky's grip inside a hallway, and draws his baton to fight him off. They exchange a few blows before Sky tosses Wootox out of the base to the ground and leaps after him. The two circle briefly and charge each other, fighting once more. Sky manages to pin Wootox down, holding his arms down.

Wootox: You can't win, Ranger! Destroy me and you'll lose your body forever! Can you live with that?!

Sky: I don't care! As long as you're no longer free to cause trouble!

• Sky lifts Wootox up, then knocks him back to the ground with a vicious blow, making him roll over and demorph. Wootox glares up at him before getting up, panting, and looking rather scared. Sky begins to run at him, before laser fire startles him- the others have arrived to save the day, or so they think.

Jack: Hold it right there!

Sky: Please!

• The others surround Sky, weapons drawn, and Wootox shoots him an evil, triumphant smile.

Sky: No!

Bridge: Freeze!

Z & Syd: S.P.D.!

Wootox: Good thing you found me. Let's take care of him.

Jack: Right…

• He points one of his blasters at Sky, who throws up his hands, panicked.

Sky: JACK, STOP!

• Shadow Ranger's music then plays, signaling the arrival of Doggie and R.I.C.

Cruger: (grabs Jack's wrist) Wait, don't do it.

Bridge: You're just in time, Commander.

Cruger: Hold on!

Wootox: Let's end it!

Cruger: No! We're not sure who is who. (to Jack) They've changed bodies.

Jack: What?

Wootox: We've changed bodies, but we've changed back, I'm Sky!

Sky: It's a lie!

Syd: What?

Bridge: So what do we do?

Cruger: … Sky?

Wootox: Don't let him fool you again, let's take care of him NOW!

Syd: Well, he sounds like Sky…

Jack: Commander, I have an idea. R.I.C.! (R.I.C. barks) Ball! (R.I.C. releases the orange ball seen earlier) Go fetch!

• Jack catches the ball and throws it, and R.I.C. chases after it, barking.

Wootox: What is he doing…?

Jack: You'll see.

• R.I.C. runs up to Wootox, panting, looks up at him, then squawks and trots over to Sky, dropping the ball at his feet.

Sky: Good boy, R.I.C.!

Syd: (gasps)

Bridge: Whoa…

Z: It's Sky!

Cruger: Impostor!

• He and Jack grab Wootox by the arms, holding him still. Wootox struggles fruitlessly and looks fearful.

Jack: Sky!

Cruger: Do it!

Sky: Right!

• He charges at Wootox, throwing his arms out, before grabbing his shoulders and touching the yellow spot on his head to Wootox's forehead. Sparks and lightning fly as their energies are seen swapping bodies again. Wootox flies back, and Doggie and Jack let go of Sky, who is now looking himself again- his hair is immaculate, etc. He blinks hard, shakes his head, and groans, straightening up. Wootox is growling in pain.

Jack: Sky, are you OK? (Sky smiles)

Cruger: Welcome back, Cadet. (gives him the thumbs up)

Sky: Thank you, sir. Thanks, R.I.C.

• R.I.C. barks, wagging his tail, and Wootox stands up, growling.

Cruger: Let's go, Rangers.

• Bridge, Z and Syd run forward to stand in a line with the others. Sky draws his morpher.

Sky: S.P.D., Emergency!

• He morphs, and all six Rangers draw their weapons and charge Wootox. Jack fires his Blasters.

Jack: Fire!

• Syd and Z leap at him together, wielding their batons, and Bridge does the same solo. Doggie stands still and spreads his arms, and Sky leaps off his shoulders, punishing Wootox with his baton, sending him spinning. Wootox is driven back, groaning. Sky holsters his baton and takes out the Key Bone.

Sky: Come and get it, R.I.C.!

• He tosses the bone into the air, and R.I.C. catches it, transforming into the Canine Cannon. He then drops into the Rangers' hands, Sky at the back of the group this time.

Rangers: Canine Cannon!

Sky: Target locked.

Rangers: Fire!

• Sky pulls the trigger, and two fireballs fly at Wootox, making him spark and explode. A Confinement Card comes flying out of the flames, which Sky catches.

Sky: Yeah! Good job, everybody. It sure feels good to be back in blue.

• And we fade to commercial.

• Fade in on an outside shot of the Delta Base, which then cuts inside. Bridge is walking past the door of the rec room, then spotting something, he stops and walks inside. Sky is playing ball with a happily-barking R.I.C. Bridge walks up to Sky, who smiles at him.

Bridge: Sky… weren't you playing with R.I.C. a couple hours ago?

• R.I.C. drops the ball at Sky's feet, and he bends over, picks it up and throws it again.

Sky: Yep. And I'm still playing with R.I.C. I promised him I would play until he got tired. After all, if it wasn't for him… I'd be toast right now.

Bridge: (considering) Uh, Sky… he's not gonna get tired. He's a robot. He can play forever which is probably a lot longer than you can play.

Sky: You're probably right. But there's always tomorrow. (whispers) I'll just throw one more.

• He tosses the ball, and after R.I.C. goes after it, there's the sound of a window crashing. Bridge and Sky look guiltily at it, then each other, several times before they turn and start to run off.

Bridge: Ahhh… this way!

• The door shuts behind them, and the episode ends.

• Continuity error: When Sky slides into his cockpit, the shot cuts to in front of him and his seatbelt is suddenly on, when he did not have time to buckle it.
• Continuity error: Doggie is suddenly at his desk immediately after he morphs at the beginning of the episode, but was standing when he morphed and was never shown to be sitting down. This footage was likely recycled from Wired pt. II.
• Continuity error: Wootox's robot is shown flying between very close-together buildings, as far as the eye can see; however, when the Delta Command Megazord stomps up, they're suddenly in a clearing between buildings.
• Continuity error: When the Rangers pose before they arrest Wootox, Jack holds out his morpher for the team pose. However, when Wootox says “Big deal”, Sky is suddenly holding his morpher out, and Jack's arms are at his sides.
• Continuity error: Wootox's laser blast knocks the girls onto the ground; however, in the long shot of all of them fighting, they're suddenly standing right beside Wootox and join the boys in battling him.
• Continuity error: Sky punches in a series of numbers to open the cell door, and the same numbers are used to close it. However, when Sky later breaks out, all he has to do is press the zero button and he is free.
• Continuity error: When Sky, in Wootox's body, breaks out of his cell, he is still handcuffed. However, when he's next seen, the cuffs are off, yet he was never shown to be removing them (and had no real way to, considering his clawed hands).
• Continuity error: When Kat is trying to fight off Wootox in the lab, at one point her actress' human ears can be seen underneath her hair.
• Continuity error: Sky, still in Wootox's body, says that he's “a wanted criminal to be deleted on sight”. However, Doggie said they'd only been given permission to judge and confine Wootox, not delete him. (Granted, Sky did not know he'd said that, but given that S.P.D. seems to almost always give prison sentences rather than execute criminals, no matter how heinous their crimes, why would Sky assume that Wootox would be an exception?)
• Continuity error/oddity: When Wootox!Sky runs inside the base and it begins to transform, Bridge speculates that he took over the controls. However, he'd just run inside the base- not enough time for him to have even reached Delta Command, much less initiated the transformation.
• Continuity error: Wootox's view from inside the cockpit shows that the base is standing before it is actually seen doing so.
• Continuity error: Sky is somehow able to run straight to the cockpit, even though the Megazord is standing up, effectively turning everything on its side. Also, the corridor he runs down is not shaking violently like the rest of the Base is. In addition, when he drags Wootox out of the cockpit, they're standing in a level hallway- which, again, should not be possible, considering everything inside was tilted.
• Continuity error: When Sky and Wootox fight before the others find them, the scenery around them abruptly changes, as the fight mixes American and Japanese footage.
• Continuity error: Sky is normally the tallest of the group by far (aside from Cruger), but when he morphs, he's suddenly shorter than Jack.
• Oddity: When the alarm sounds at the beginning, the Rangers do not actually stop and see what the problem is, they simply run in and morph, which may not have been necessary.
• Oddity: If Cruger wanted Wootox brought in for questioning, why did the Rangers cuff him and place him in a holding cell and not confine him? Kat explained in Beginnings pt. I that the Confinement Cards were created for the express purpose of making it easy and safe to transport dangerous criminals, so they were taking a big risk by not using one on Wootox. (Note, of course, that the real explanation for this is Wootox's capture was Japanese footage, and the Confinement Cards did not exist in Japan- however, this isn't an in-universe explanation).
• Oddity: The security on the Delta Base must be pretty poor… one would think that the holding cells would have security cameras on them or at the very least be guarded (thus allowing the others to see what Wootox had done to Sky), that Sky would have been trained to not let a criminal watch him key in the code for opening and closing the cell door, and that the keypads to open the cell doors would not be within easy reach of prisoners.
• Oddity: How did Wootox know how to morph, demorph, AND work the Delta Command Megazord's controls?
• Oddity: How could the others NOT realize that Sky was acting completely out-of-character? His hair was mussed, he was wandering around looking vacant, he didn't know his way around the base, he wasn't paying rapt attention to Cruger, etc.- all of which should have been very clear signs that something was wrong with him.
• Oddity: If nothing Wootox says can be trusted, then why, oh why did Cruger want him brought in for questioning in the first place?
• Oddity: If Sky wanted the others to realize that something was up when they were threatening him with their blasters, then why on Earth did he attack Syd? A criminal like Wootox acting docile and cooperative would have been far more suspicious than Sky… well, acting like a normal monster.
• Oddity: Why did they not simply have Bridge use his powers to see who was the real Sky instead of relying on R.I.C., which could have gone horribly wrong?
• The collages on Z's walls have pictures of musicians, guitars, beaches, clouds, and cut-out words including “Rock & Roll”.
• This episode's plot is nearly identical to its Dekaranger counterpart, “Fake Blue”. In it, they could tell that something was wrong with Hoji (Sky's counterpart) because he reciprocated Ban (Jack's conterpart)'s friendly affection toward him by calling him “aibou” (which means “buddy” or “partner”), something the real Hoji never did (he would always respond with some variation of “Don't call me aibou!”).
• The music played when Wootox (in Sky's body) is advancing on Kat in the lab is the same that was played several times when Dru was onscreen in Idol.
• This is the only episode in the series in which the main villains (i.e. Gruumm and Broodwing) do not appear physically and indeed are not even mentioned.
