Background

Elsa is a cyborg. She is loyal to Mesogog, doing all she can to help him destroy the Power Rangers. She also works as Principal Randall, at Reefside High School. She hates the students and believes that if the students are miserable, the teacher's doing a good job. She doesn't tolerate any rule-breaking, and likes to hand out punishments.

In the end, she is betrayed by Mesogog, who drains her of the power he gave her. She reverts to human form, and turns good again.

Affiliations

Both as Elsa and as Principal Randall, she seems to feel some attraction towards Tommy Oliver. However, she never acts upon it. She works with Zeltrax, and he is attracted to her, plotting to destroy Tommy Oliver so Elsa will be his. After she has turned good again, she dances with Anton Mercer at the prom.

Mesogog is the one who turned her into a cyborg and gave her power. How or why is never mentioned.
