Background

We know nothing about Captain Logan outside of his role in Time Force. At the beginning of the series he is in a position of command over Jen, Lucas, Trip, and Katie, and presumably Alex, who calls him 'sir'. In a few early episodes he is the one Circuit contacts in the year 3000, and the one who sends the Time Fliers and Time Shadow through a timehole to assist the Rangers. Later, for unexplained reasons, he is shown reporting to Alex, saluting him, and calling him 'sir'.
