Silver Guardians

Line of Silver Guardians The Silver Guardians are an elite militia formed by Mr. Collins as a part of Bio-Lab. They were created to fight Ransik and his mutants - and to be a source of income for the company by charging local merchants for their protective services. Eric Myers first appears as one of the Guardians. After he becomes the Quantum Ranger and gains contol of the Quantasaurus Rex, he is appointed their commander.

The arrangement of protection for hire becomes a cause of conflict between Wesley Collins and his father, as Wes criticises both the mercenary nature of the Guardians and the fact that they are inevitably putting themselves in danger every time they go into action.

At the end of the series Mr. Collins has a change of heart, and decides that the Silver Guardians will protect everyone for free from then on. Wes agrees to command the Guardians along with Eric.

Weapons and equipment

SG blaster SG weapons Each Silver Guardian is armed with a small blaster pistol, probably using technology adapted from the weapons used by the cyclobots and the Rangers themselves. During major battles they also sometimes use larger, bazooka-like blasters.

The Guardians wear communications headsets at most times, and often sunglasses. Their equipment harnesses hold flashlights and probably other items.
