Time Force Headquarters

Time Force Headquarters is where Alex, Jen, Lucas, Katie, and Trip presumably worked before the beginning of the series. It is where the timewarp that sends Jen, Lucas, Katie, and Trip back in time is generated, and from where the Time Fliers, the Time Shadow, and the Strata Cycle are sent to assist them.

While the Rangers are in the year 2001, Captain Logan and, later, the Mystery Man/Alex remain working in Time Force HQ to send them help when they need it.

While we do not know for sure whether the courtroom where Ransik was sentenced is a part of Time Force HQ, the TF logo on the wall indicates that it probably is.
